We have been manufacturing wooden,aluminium,styrofoam,aralditpatterns and aluminium multiple plate patterns. Using CAD/CAM applications(Unigraphichs) on CDC vertical mill.
ERD-MAK provide the best quality service according to customer needs and desires in manufacturing of patterns. Our pattern production capacity up to 5000 kg and 6000x4000x4000mm.
CASTING AND MACHINING
ERD-MAK can supply steel-casting,ductile and gray iron casting up to 6000 kg/unit weight.
Our capabilities allow for production of small precision machined parts and larger machined components. No matter the size of the order - small metal machining orders or large machining runs - ERD-MAK will treat your machined parts order with care.

Our company has been established in 1982, in İzmir/TURKEY. By the knowledge and
experience gained over years, we have been manufacturing pattern, machined casting parts
and welded parts for domestic and international markets, and in addition to that we mainly
export products to Germany, Belgium and Holland.
